X-ray Detectors for Scientific and Medical Applications

Through it's acquisition of Aviex LLC Dexela has acquired world class expertise in the development of high-end X-ray detectors and electronics.

Aviex was founded by Steve Naday (formerly of world renowned Argonne National Laboratory), and has delivered very high performance custom designed detectors for a variety of projects in high profile scientific applications. Most recently a detector for WAXS experiments in a vacuum was installed in the SWING beamline at the Soleil Synchrotron in France.

Dexela intends to leverage this technology and knowhow in both scientific and medical applications.
