MGH Department of Radiology Breast Imaging offers comprehensive diagnostic and mammography screening services through the Comprehensive Breast Center located on the second floor of the Wang Ambulatory Care Center Building. Specialists in the Center detect and diagnose breast cancer by performing state-of-the-art lesion analysis using specialized mammographic views, magnification views, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography. The Center also performs the highest quality mammography screening. |

Based at University College London, the new Centre for Medical Image Computing (CMIC) is a joint initiative between Medical Physics and Computer Science. The Centre brings together a substantial group of physicists, computer scientists, mathematicians and engineers working on medical image analysis and image processing. Their work encompasses the full range of activity in image formation, image analysis and image guided interventions. The new group is one of the strongest internationally in this exciting subject area.
